ZM Sheet Metal’s new complex comprises a 130,000-square-foot built-to-suit manufacturing facility paired with a 41,000-square-foot energy-efficient outdoor storage canopy, created to support high-volume HVAC sheet-metal fabrication and distribution across nine East Coast states while providing an 8,100-square-foot office suite for administrative needs. Wolf Engineering provided comprehensive MEP services: our team engineered an advanced electrical infrastructure sized for heavy production loads and equipped it with backup generators for uninterrupted operations; designed a fully code-compliant fire-alarm system to safeguard life safety and business continuity; and developed climate-optimized HVAC solutions that maintain precise conditions on the manufacturing floor and office areas. Integrated plumbing and utility layouts complete a coordinated system that meets ZM’s quality, scheduling, and energy-efficiency objectives.
