The Global Beverage Manufacturing Company’s facility expansion involved adding a 16,000-square-foot blow mold injection manufacturing area to support and streamline existing bottling operations. Wolf Engineering provided comprehensive MEP and Fire Protection design services for this critical project, engineering a new HVAC system designed to maintain positive pressurization relative to the existing building, ensuring controlled airflow and minimizing contamination risks. Our experts upgraded the electrical distribution switchgear to accommodate the increased equipment load, delivering reliable and efficient power throughout the expanded facility. The plumbing design included drainage provisions for condensate management, while a new fire pump and fire water tank were installed to meet FM Global standards, enhancing fire protection for the compressor and blow mold rooms. This expansion was carefully designed to enable scalable production growth while upholding stringent safety and operational standards.
