Project Apollo

Project Apollo is a significant industrial expansion in Greer, South Carolina, featuring a 348,500-square-foot warehouse addition to an existing 908,300-square-foot facility. The project unfolded over five years, focusing on enhancing site infrastructure to support complex manufacturing and logistics operations. Wolf Engineering’s team worked closely with the owner and the design team to develop tailored MEP solutions aligned with client goals and existing site conditions. Electrical design highlights included a 480Y/277V 4000A double-ended switchgear with redundant service entrances and a 300kVA diesel generator to provide backup for life safety and IT systems. The electrical infrastructure was upgraded to support new equipment and allow for future scalability. Mechanical and plumbing systems were engineered for reliability and efficiency, ensuring the expanded facility meets demanding operational requirements.
