Pelican Hills
The Pelican Hills project involved tenant improvements within an existing 23,000-square-foot retail building, converting it into a subdivided cosmetic and urgent care medical facility. This transformation required specialized mechanical systems to meet stringent healthcare standards such as ASHRAE 170 and FGI Health Care Facility guidelines. Our experts designed multizone variable air volume (VAV) systems with HEPA filtration to ensure high air quality, along with temperature and pressure sensors to maintain optimal environmental conditions critical to patient safety and comfort. The plumbing design supported restrooms, clinical areas, and emergency systems to meet rigorous health facility requirements. Wolf Engineering also provided initial renderings to support dialogue with the City of Morrow during the approval process. Our team’s work was essential in ensuring the facility met both operational functionality and healthcare compliance.
