Christian City Assisted Living Center Renovations

Wolf Engineering provided MEP design for Phase 2 renovations at Christian City Assisted Living Center, a senior care campus located at 7290 Lester Road in Union City, Georgia. The project included upgrades across approximately 60,000 square feet within two existing towers. In Tower 1, renovations focused on modernizing the Skilled Nursing Facility, including lighting upgrades throughout back-of-house areas, restrooms, corridors, and dining areas. Two new private rooms were added with semi-private bathrooms, and shared toilet rooms were updated with wall-mounted fixtures. Tower 2, home to the Assisted Living Facility, underwent extensive renovation across five floors, including memory care units, common areas, kitchenettes, and nursing stations. Wolf Engineering’s design work focused on improving functionality, comfort, and care delivery through reliable and efficient systems.
