McEver Building
The New McEver Logistics Center is a 176,463-square-foot warehouse and distribution facility situated on a 12.29-acre industrial-zoned site, designed to serve e-commerce, third-party logistics, and distribution operations. The facility’s design prioritized functionality, energy efficiency, and adaptability to accommodate evolving logistics demands. Wolf Engineering’s professionals provided end-to-end MEP engineering, delivering advanced HVAC systems for consistent climate control, supporting product integrity and employee comfort across diverse operational zones. Electrical design included a robust infrastructure integrating energy-efficient LED lighting and emergency power to ensure uninterrupted facility performance. Plumbing systems were developed to support restrooms, utility spaces, and fire protection with water-efficient fixtures incorporated to align with sustainability objectives.
