Douglas Hills is a state-of-the-art logistics center located at 1011 Douglas Hills Road, encompassing 852,779 square feet across four buildings on a site zoned for light industrial use. The project was designed to optimize warehousing, distribution, and logistics operations while combining modern industrial aesthetics with high operational functionality. This multi-building complex required robust infrastructure to support high volume activity, including efficient material handling, storage, and climate control. Wolf Engineering provided comprehensive MEP design services, delivering energy-efficient HVAC solutions tailored for precise climate regulation and sustainability, a high-capacity electrical system featuring LED lighting and emergency power support to ensure uninterrupted operations, and plumbing systems designed to cover restrooms, break areas, and emergency water access with water-saving technologies integrated to promote resource conservation.
