Auto Metal Direct 2.0
The AMD 2.0 project in Gainesville, Georgia is a 200,000-square-foot storage and packing facility designed with flexibility and performance in mind. Wolf Engineering provided MEP design tailored to the specific demands of warehousing and light industrial use, prioritizing adaptability and occupant comfort. The HVAC system was engineered to maintain a temperature range between 60°F and 85°F through rooftop-mounted gas unit heaters, summer ventilation modes, and high-volume, low-speed fans. The design also incorporated louvers and exhaust fans to support optimal airflow and temperature control. Plumbing infrastructure addressed diverse operational needs, including a scrubber system, five restrooms, a 3,000-square-foot office area, emergency eyewash stations, and vehicle charging provisions. Wolf Engineering’s comprehensive design supported an efficient, safe, and adaptable industrial environment built for long-term value.
