Wolf Engineering designed the 260,000-square-foot Toyota Tsusho storage and conditioned warehouse facility in Liberty, NC with a focus on reliability and precise environmental control. The HVAC system maintains a stable 60–80°F and 40–60% relative humidity, essential for storage requirements. Two independent HVAC units with motorized dampers provide full redundancy, ensuring uninterrupted operation in the event of system failure. The design also includes HVAC and plumbing systems for a 1,000-square-foot office and break room to support employee comfort. A detailed 3D Revit model facilitated precise coordination and execution, reflecting Toyota Tsusho’s and Wolf Engineering’s shared commitment to innovative, dependable solutions.
