Facility Assessment
Property Condition Assessment to identify deficiencies in building envelope and HVAC systems. We used an infrared camera and thermographic images to look for cracks / leaks in the building envelope. We also used flow hoods to measure airflow ad supply air temperature through diffusers throughout facility to determine if existing system was functioning properly. We then performed calculations to resize the HVAC systems and specify replacement units.
