The Oaks at Whitaker Glen – Clubhouse and Flats

The Oaks at Whitaker Glen is a new five-story, mixed-use senior living development located at 501 E. Whitaker Mill Road in Raleigh, North Carolina. Wolf Engineering provided MEP and Fire Protection services for this 320,000-square-foot project, which includes 112 independent living apartments in one-, two-, and three-bedroom configurations, along with a central clubhouse and wellness amenities. A dedicated parking level offers additional convenience for residents and guests. In a subsequent phase, the project also introduced 10 additional residential flats totaling 173,250 square feet and a 12,500-square-foot parking garage. Wolf Engineering’s design supported the community’s mission to promote vibrant, healthy living for seniors through high-efficiency systems that provide reliable performance, ease of use, and comfort across the building’s residential and amenity spaces.
