The Landings at 620

The Landings at 620 is a new multifamily residential community currently in design in Anderson, South Carolina. Wolf Engineering is providing MEP, Fire Protection and Structural Engineering services for this extensive development, which will include eight three-story residential buildings totaling 336 units. The project offers a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment layouts that emphasize modern living and cohesive design. Amenities will include a central clubhouse, grill pavilion, storage garage, maintenance building, mail kiosk, and a pool with an adjacent pavilion to promote wellness, convenience, and social engagement. Wolf Engineering’s designs are developed to support a fully integrated community with efficient building systems that are adaptable, sustainable, and resident-focused.
