The Landing at Jacks Creek is a multifamily residential development located on a 26.64-acre site in Monroe, Georgia, with 24.53 acres dedicated to residential use. Wolf Engineering provided full MEP design services for this thoughtfully planned community, which includes 282 apartment units distributed across seven newly constructed three-story buildings. The project offers a range of one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans, each designed with functionality and comfort in mind. Supporting the residential offering is a 5,000-square-foot clubhouse and a resort-style pool that serve as the social and recreational core of the neighborhood. With 423 parking spaces providing easy access throughout, Wolf Engineering’s systems were designed to enhance the quality of life for residents while ensuring energy efficiency and long-term performance across all building systems.
