The construction build-out for Taqueria Tsunami in Gainesville and Buford, Georgia, transformed commercial spaces into vibrant dining environments that reflect the restaurant’s unique fusion of Latin and Asian cuisine. Each location features a full-service kitchen, a customer-facing bar, and dining areas accented with culturally inspired décor to create an inviting and energetic atmosphere. Wolf Engineering provided MEP design services tailored to the operational needs of a high-volume kitchen, including systems for specialized cooking equipment, food prep stations, and refrigeration.
