Each build-out includes a high-efficiency kitchen, customer service areas, and dining spaces featuring natural and eco-friendly materials. Wolf Engineering’s team provided comprehensive MEP design services, focusing on energy-efficient lighting, eco-conscious fixtures, and plumbing systems that ensure food safety and sanitation. The kitchen layout supports efficient workflows with specialized equipment such as refrigeration and salad prep stations. Electrical and plumbing systems were designed to meet the unique demands of Sweetgreen kitchens, ensuring operational reliability and regulatory compliance.
