Lettum Eat is a nonprofit organization committed to providing food to underserved communities in Atlanta. As part of its mission to combat food insecurity, Lettum Eat is transitioning from a fully mobile operation to a semi-mobile space designed to better serve individuals and families in need. The build-out features dedicated zones for food preparation, cooking, and storage, creating an efficient layout that supports high-volume service while meeting strict food safety standards. The exterior design enhances visibility and access, reinforcing the organization’s deep commitment to community outreach. Wolf Engineering provided MEP design services tailored to the project’s unique semi-mobile structure. Our team engineered a commercial-grade HVAC system to maintain optimal temperature and humidity, electrical systems to support heavy-duty kitchen equipment, and plumbing solutions designed for sanitation and code compliance. These upgrades enable safe, efficient operations aligned with local regulations and Lettum Eat’s mission to deliver meals where they are needed most.
