Stewart – Baldwin Park
The Stewart Avenue project in Baldwin Park, California, transformed a former church and school into 16 affordable housing units for first-time homebuyers, developed in partnership with Habitat for Humanity. Wolf Engineering provided electrical engineering services to support the construction of three new two-story residential buildings designed for functionality, sustainability, and long-term reliability. The electrical systems were tailored to meet the needs of both individual residences and shared spaces, enhancing energy efficiency and resident comfort while supporting the project’s broader mission of community development and housing accessibility.
