The project includes two new three-story buildings totaling approximately 217,300 square feet and features 175 apartment units. Residences offer a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans designed to accommodate a wide range of lifestyles. Approximately 10,000 square feet of dedicated amenity spaces enhance the living experience, offering opportunities for recreation and community gathering.
